Our product line is still under development, but here is one that is ready now. It is called Hood Map and provides a interesting graphical interface for a neighborhood.
The present version of Hood Map displays one neighborhood in Vallejo California known as Hyde Park. This neighborhood was selected because the owner of CDS lives there and wanted a method of tracking property values. Also, as the lots are of similar shape and size and only of two orientations, the map itself was relatively easy to develop. It has an interesting "drag" methodology for finding the desired lot.
In addition to price changes (as properties change hands), it also provides fields for data on the owners (names, numbers. etc.).
We understand that this software will not be of much interest outside of Hyde Park, but the interface has many potential applications. Contact us if you would be interested in the more general case or if you would like the opportunity to track different information. $49.95 USD

Hood Map is written, compiled, and debugged within the Emergence Basic development system. We highly recommend it for its ease, power, and speed. For users of the system we offer the Hood Map source code. Some of the features:
